Size standards can vary by brand. The most accurate information comes from each brand's official guide.

Nike

Nike tends to run standard or slightly narrow. It is often recommended to go up half a size (+5mm).

Adidas tends to run true to size or slightly loose. EU size notation is unique (1/3, 2/3 increments).

New Balance offers various width options. Generally true to size, but may vary by model (e.g., 99x series).
